Promotion of the left-out 'Telecom Mechanic trained' officials- Circle Secretaries to note please.
Promotion of the left-out 'Telecom Mechanic trained' officials is one of the important demands for the One Day strike, that was to take place on 25.10.2013. A good number of RMs, who have completed Telecom Mechanic training, could not be promoted due to the non availability of posts. Hence, we have demanded that all the trained officials should be promoted through personal upgradation. Our demand was not accepted. However, Management has assured to do the best to resolve this problem and has demanded to provide them with the informations regarding the number of trained officials in each circle. Hence, Circle Secretaries are requested to immediately gather the information pertaining to their respective circles, regarding the number trained officials, who have not yet been promoted as Telecom Mechanics, and send the same to the CHQ without delay, for taking up with the Management.
