Delhi’s Street children collect Rs.20, 000 for Uttarakhand relief fund.


A group of street children of Delhi, have collected Rs.20, 000, for Uttarakhand relief fund. This fund will be handed over to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund today. It should be noted that these street children are rag-pickers. They run an association called “Badhte Kadam,” which has collected the donation. This amount is donated to ensure that the homeless children stuck in Uttarakhands floods and landslips are evacuated safely.  (CHQ)
