(Estt.) urged to send expeditious guideline to Tamil Nadu circle on calculating JTO LICE vacancies.
Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, met Ms. Madhu Arora, GM(Estt.),  on 19.05.2015, and discussed the following issues.
(1)  The GS urged upon the GM (Estt.) and Shri A.K. Singh, AGM (Pers.IV) to immediately issue necessary guideline to Tamil Nadu circle, on the method of calculating vacancies for the JTO LICE held on 02.06.2013. The GS also discussed with them the recent judgement of the Hon’ble Madras High Court, on the JTO LICE, for further and appropriate legal action.
(2)  The GS demanded the GM (Estt.) to honour the judgement of the Hon’ble CAT Ernakulam bench, as well as the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala, in the matter of promotion from Junior Accountant to Senior Accountant.
(3)  The GS pointed out that all the Telecom Mechanics who were conferred with Temporary Status prior to 30.09.2000 should be issued with Presidential Orders. He further pointed out that while calling for data from the circles, the Corporate Office has laid down 10.04.2006 as the cut of date, which is a violation of the DoT orders.
(4)  The GS demanded that the Overtime Rates should immediately be revised as per the judgement of the Hon’ble Mumbai High Court. BSNLEU has already written in this regards to the Corporate Office.  

The GM (Estt.) assured to take appropriate action on the issues represented by the GS, BSNLEU.
