Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, met shri R.K. Goyal, yesterday the 12.11.2014 and discussed the following issues. 

(i)         Wage loss of the employees appointed on or after 01.01.2007.

The GM (Estt.) told that the proposal for one additional increment has been approved by the Management Committee. (In the National Council meeting held on 25.09.2014, the Staff Side has categorically told that one increment is not enough and that they would continue to press for 30% fitment.) 

(ii)         CGA cases of Andhra Pradesh circle.

The General Secretary insisted that Group ‘C’ appointment should be given to the candidates who had already acquired graduation. The GM (Estt.) assured that the issue would be discussed with the CMD. 

(iii)       Settlement of victimisations in Varanasi.

The GM (Estt.) replied that the issue is already taken up with CGM, UP (East) and assured to settle soon. 

(iv)       Declaration of JTO LICE results in Gujarat circle.

CHQ has already demanded that the JTO LICE results, withheld in Gujarat circle due to reason connected with educational qualification, should be released. The GM (Estt.) replied that the issue is already taken up with the CGM, Gujarat.
