BSNLEU demands implementation of the DoT order dated 30.11.1992, regarding relaxing qualifying marks for SC/ST employees.

BSNLEU is demanding implementation of the DoT, letter no.22-5/9-1-NCG dated 30.11.1992, as per which the qualifying marks for Scheduled Caste candidates shall be 20% and that of the Scheduled Tribe candidates shall be 15% in each paper. BSNLEU took up this issue in the 35th National Council meeting held on 11.05.2017. Even though the chairperson of the National Council directed the Management Side to examine the implementation of the above stated DoT order, no development has taken place. BSNLEU has once again written to the Management, demanding implementation of the DoT order. Yesterday, com.Swapan Chakraborty, Dy.GS, met Ms.Anima Roy, GM(Rectt.) and demanded immediate implementation of the DoT order.

[17.03.2017]MoU signed between BSNL Management and Union Bank of India.

Since the earlier MoU signed between BSNL and the Union Bank of India had expired, BSNLEU has been insisting upon the Management to sign a fresh MoU with that bank to enable the employees to get various loans. The MoU has now been signed.<<view MoU>>  

[17.03.2017]Maximum limit of gratuity raised to Rs.20 lakh, w.e.f. 01.01.2016.

The maximum limit of Death cum Retirement Gratuity of the Central Government has been increased to Rs.20 lakh, as per the recommendation of the 7th Central Pay Commission. The government has now made it applicable to the BSNL/MTNL absorbees also. This enhancement will be implemented w.e.f. 01.01.2016.<<view letter>>

[11.02.2014]Central Govt. employees going on a two day strike – Extend solidarity action.

The Central Govt. employees are going on a 2 day strike, as per the call of the Confederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers. The strike will start from the midnight of 12.02.2014. The charter of demands, on which the Central Govt. employees are going on strike includes, (1) DA merger, (2) Interim Relief, (3) Grant of Civil Servant status and inclusion of GDS in 7^th CPC, (4) Regularisation and revision of wages of casual labourers, (5) Rescind PFRDA Act and scrap new Pension Scheme, (6) Date of effect of 7^th CPC 01.01.2014 and Five year wage revision in future, (7) Fixation of minimum pay based on Need-based minimum wage formula worked out by 15^th ILC and modified by Supreme Court later, (8) Settlement of anomalies, (9)Implementation of Arbitration awards, (10) Five promotions, (11) Cashless & hassle free medical facilities, (12)Removal of restrictions on compassionate appointments, (13) Removal of bonus ceiling, (14) Stop downsizing, outsourcing, contractorisation, casualisation and privatisation, (15) Filling up of vacant posts, (16)Stop price rise and strengthen public distribution system, (17) Right to strike, vacate victimisations and revive JCM forums.

T he CEC meeting of BSNLEU takes important decisions. 

The crucial CEC meeting of BSNLEU was held from 7th to 9th February, 2014, at Rajkot. The meeting deliberated on the important problems of the employees, the issues connected with the revival of BSNL, and on the very important issues being faced by the working class of this nation. After indepth deliberations on the agenda items, the meeting took the following important decisions and also passed resolutions on key issues.<<decisions>>

        டைரக்டர் (மனிதவளம் ) திரு .A .N .ராய் அவர்களுடன் நமது பொது செயலர் இன்று பேசிய போது  18-10-2013 அன்று நடைபெற்ற பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் நிர்வாகத்துடன்  உடன்பாடு ஏற்பட்ட பிரச்சனைகளில்  தீர்வில்  எந்த முன்னேற்றமும் இல்லை என்பதை சுட்டி கட்டியுள்ளார் .

  01-01-2007 க்கு பிறகு பணி நியமனம்  செய்யப்பட்ட ஊழியர்களின் ஊதிய குறைப்பு பிரச்சனையிலும் தீர்வில் கடும் கால தாமதம் ஏற்படுவதை கடுமையாக நமது பொது செயலர் திரு R .K .கோயல் ,பொது மேலாளர் (Estt ) அவர்களிடம் சுட்டி காட்டி உள்ளார் .இது விசயமாக நமது மத்திய சங்கம் நிர்வாகத்துக்கு எழுதிய கடிதம் படிக்க :Click Here

   மார்ச்-2014 இறுதிக்குள் 1800 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட  Officiating JTO க்களின் பிரச்னை தீர்வாகும் என நமது மத்திய சங்கம் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்து உள்ளது .இப் பிரச்சனையை நமது மத்திய சங்கம் தொடர்ந்து நிர்வாகத்திடம் எழுப்பி வருகிறது .

              TTA கேடர்க்கான புதிய ஆளெடுப்பு விதிகளை நிர்வாகம் இறுதி செய்து விட்டது .10+2 தகுதி அல்லாத ஊழியர்களுக்கு தகுதி தேர்வு நடத்தி அதில் தேர்வு பெறுபவர்களை போட்டி தேர்வில் அனுமதிப்பது என்ற நமது கோரிக்கை ஏற்கப்படவில்லை .இது விசயமாக நமது பொது செயலர் திரு R .K .கோயல் ,பொது மேலாளர் (Estt ) அவர்களிடம் இன்று பேசிய போது குறைந்த பட்சம் ஒரு தகுதி தேர்வை மட்டுமாறு நடத்த வேண்டும் என வலியுறுத்திய போது நிர்வாகம் இந்த பிரச்னை விசயமாக நீதி மன்ற தீர்ப்பு வந்தவுடன் நடத்துவதாக உறுதி கூறி உள்ளார்.அதே போல் JTO ஆளெடுப்பு விதிகளை இறுதி செய்யும் போது தேர்வில் பங்கேற்க சேவைக்கால வரம்பை குறைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற நமது கோரிக்கையையும் நிர்வாகத்திடம் வலியுறுத்தி உள்ளார் .
