Com. P. Abhimanyu, GS, and com. Swapan Chakraborty, AGS, met shri A. N. Rai, Director (HR) and expressed their unhappiness in respect of the acute delay in the implementation of the judgment of the Hon'ble CAT, Ernakulam, regarding settlement of anomalies. The Director (HR) replied that the requisite inputs, as sought by the Corporate Office, has not come from the circles, due to which the processing of this case is being delayed. The Union representatives pointed out the assurance given in the National Council, by the Chairman, that the case would be processed, taking into consideration the inputs received from circles upto 31-03-2013.
